I'm not the one to have any grand idea of my plans nor am I much the public person but in an attempt to be held accountable and to share my exploits I will be writing of my attempts at cooking. I will clarify it won't always be the best of menus but it will be things this guy has taken a stab at. I'm not the worst at cooking but far from proficient. I grew up in a household in which both my parents cooked and therefore was never required to learn for any reason whatsoever. The cooking skills of my siblings is a testament to this as well. It was both a gift and a curse that my father was just as capable as my mother at serving up delicious meals.
For years I was not required to learn much beyond my comfort zone but I hope this is my chance at taking the first step in a frightening adventure.
